This Workout is for everyone, spinners, crossfitters, yogis, fitness newbies & junkies alike, anyone who wants to get a good sweat on & meet new people! we will all take actions to stay clean, wash our hands, and not touch each other soooo unfortunately no high fives or hugs! this will be something fun, active, and stress free to get your mind off of whatever it is in your life you need to!
WHERE: VINOY PARK / Bar Wood park - (parking in Bar wood Park Parking lot) WE WILL ALL MEET IN THE PARKING LOT! PERSONAL ITEMS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY OR LEAVE ITEMS IN YOUR CAR!
WHEN: Tuesday/Thursday at 6pm & Wednesday/Friday at 12.30pm ***FOLLOW @iam_cjo on instagram to get live updates and posts about these workouts
HOW WE GET OUR FITNESS ON: Only a 40 minute workout 20-20-10. 20 minute integrated Run, 20 Minute integrated Bootcamp, 10 minute of warmup/cool down and stretch. *** There will be a condensed version of the ‘run’ (fast walk and or shorten run) for people with high impact issues
COST: $10.00 for 1 person. ***if you bring a friend (group of 2) its $15 for both
WHAT TO BRING: NOTHING IS REQUIRED TO GET AN AMAZING WORKOUT IN…. BUT ….. IF YOU WANT BRING A YOGA MAT OR BEACH TOWEL, WATER, PROTEIN/SNACKS IF NEEDED! ***ALSO you can bring a dumbbell, kettlebell, bands if you’d like to amp up this workout
Remember, it’s not a race. We start together, end together and have fun together, so come out & share some sweat, laughs & maybe beers if we want to!
